Noticing a lack of locally available, fun and functional ladies golf clothing in the South Sound region, newly addicted golf enthusiast, Amanda Brunaugh, saw an opportunity for change.  Hearing that new companies had emerged to meet the need for fashionable women's golf apparel and accessories, Amanda began searching and found the majority of items she desired were in stores out of the state or on websites - and the sizes and selection were so limited!   Adding to the frustration for the super social golf gal, was the inability to shop with friends.  "Women love shopping in groups, it brings honest and immediate feedback while providing a productive, social outing!"   With the passion to create an enjoyable, local, shopping experience for lady golfers, Amanda opened the retail shop Chicks Golf, too in her home town of Puyallup, WA.

 

After three years in business and a lively, enriching, successful run in the downtown retail community, Amanda made the difficult decision to close her shop and pursue new ventures.  However, the 'Chickie Logo' that symbolized the fun and fabulous attitude that Amanda brought to the game of golf and so enthusiastically fostered in her customers and friends, has become an icon of Funloving Lady Golfers everywhere!  And so, with a happy heart, Amanda has pledged to continue selling these popular pieces on her website and at select golf courses throughout the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
